Deleting your Kanepe account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Kanepe and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open Settings with the gear icon at the top right.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and all its data are deleted immediately: watchlist, watch history, ratings, quiz results, profile and username, reviews, comments, likes, follows, activity, reactions, reports, blocks, Google link and sessions. This cannot be undone. Nothing is retained.

If you cannot access the app

Write "Delete my Kanepe account" to [email protected] from the e-mail address you added to the account. It is deleted within 30 days and you get a reply. Guest accounts have no e-mail, so they can only be deleted in the app; if the app is uninstalled, a guest account with no data is deleted automatically after 30 days.
